Empreende XXI is a measure to support the creation and development of new business projects by young people looking for their first job and unemployed people registered with the IEFP.

Europa Criativa is a European Union program to support the cultural and creative sector, which comprises three aspects: Culture, Media and Transsectoral. To find out more about this support, you should consult the official website https://www.europacriativa.eu/.
The 23 billion euro Portugal 2030 package, which was signed between Portugal and the European Commission, in July 2022, is already being implemented, through the Extraordinary Anticipation Mechanism (MEA). This mechanism made it possible to launch 800 million euros in tenders, approve 412 million euros and already have 262 million euros in execution.
The funds released through the MEA are essentially intended for professional courses and education and training courses for young people, higher education scholarships for students in need, disability support, support for learning recovery, schools, health infrastructure.
The official start of implementation of Portugal 2030 is scheduled for January 2023.

The platform used for applications and monitoring of applications for financing Portugal 2020 and Portugal2030 is called Balcão dos Fundos (formerly Balcão2020), available at www.balcao.portugal2020.pt.
On this platform it will be possible to: access open notices, submit applications, access the intelligent search engine and contextual help, consult the current account and the status of all operations.
With a view to achieving 100% execution of the available funds, by the end of 2023, new notices for the opening of applications will be launched, under the available Portugal 2020 funds.

The Recovery and Resilience Plan is the national instrument of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism approved by the European Community. It aims to accelerate economic and social recovery and promote a resilient and fair transformation, putting Portugal on the path to a double transition, green and digital.
The PRR is organized into 3 strategic dimensions, Resilience, Climate Transition and Digital Transition, which group 20 components, 83 investments and promote 37 reforms to be implemented by 2026.

This measure aims to support startups that carry out or intend to carry out projects aimed at promoting business models, products or digital services with a positive contribution to the climate transition.
The recipients of this notice are Startups across the country, which take the form of SMEs, of any nature or legal form, which were created less than 10 years ago.
The deadline for submitting applications remains open until applications are received that reach the limit determined according to the budget allocation.

The RFAI is a tax benefit that allows the tax deduction of part of the investment in tangible and intangible fixed assets.

- Manufacturing industries – divisions 10 to 33;
- Accommodation – division 55;
- Restoration and similar – division 56;
- Editing activities – division 58;
- Cinematographic, video and television program production activities – group 591;
- Computer consultancy and programming and related activities – division 62;
- Data processing activities, information domiciliation and related activities and web portals – group 631;
- Scientific research and development activities – division 72;
- Activities of interest to tourism – subclasses 77210, 90040, 91041, 91042, 93110, 93210, 93292, 93293 and 96040;
- Administrative and support service activities provided to companies – classes 82110 and 82910.
